How to use Essential Oils for overall wellbeing and positivity!

This oil is also used to promote healthy digestion and soothing stomach problems. It also detoxifies the air.

Juniper berry oil – Pains
This oil is recorded in history for using in massage therapies for joint pains. It soothes back and muscle discomforts. It has a woodsy pine like aroma which evokes images of the rustic outdoors. The penetrating essence of this oil also enhances the breathing passages and supports healthy respiratory function.

Lemongrass and citronella oil – Natural disinfectant.
