Workout fads come and go, but virtually no other exercise program is as enduring as yoga. It’s been around for more than 5,000 years.

Yoga does more than burn calories and tone muscles. It’s a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and meditation or relaxation. There are more than 100 different forms of yoga. Some are fast-paced and intense. Others are gentle and relaxing.

Corporate yoga


One of the main reason for management reluctance for implementing Corporate Yoga Programs in their organization is a common myth that Yoga programs requires a lot of space and time and hence can’t be implemented in corporate environment.

We are introducing the yogic kriyas not necessary to keep the Yoga session long, You do not need yoga mats or much space in this. These sessions can yield good results.

•Session can be kept short, ranging between 20 – 30 min
•Session can be done in office clothes
•All exercise can be done standing.
•No dedicated space is required, session can be done near Desktop.
•Sessions can be held any time of day/night.

Kids Yoga

The best time to start Yoga is during Childhood – when they are flexible, innocent and with a mind ready to absorb learning and habits that will last a lifetime! The Kids’ Yoga classes that we conduct are a mix of serious Yoga practices and fun, motivational Story-telling. In one segment of the class, Children hold the animal-inspired Asana poses whilst we take them through one of the Panchatantra stories or Aesop’s fables. This is an amazing way to maintain the child’s interest in the yoga practices whilst imbibing essential tales of wisdom.

Yogic Workshop
